What are your shipping details?
Shipping costs are flat rate and free of charge within Japan.
For international orders, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of ¥5,500 to the USA and Canada, and ¥4,000 to Taiwan, regardless of the number of items in your order. This is part of our current flat-rate shipping campaign.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Currently, we offer international shipping, and our destinations include the United States, Canada, and Taiwan.
How long does it take for the goods to arrive after ordering?
After payment is received, the order will be shipped from Osaka within 7 working days after order confirmation. Kuroneko Yamato TA-Q-BIN sends items addressed within Japan. Arrival times vary by region but generally take approximately 1-3 days.
For overseas destinations, the shipment is sent by UPS, and delivery to the USA generally takes 3-4 days. However, these are estimated times and may vary in practice.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package and delivery progress on the website.
Can I change the contents of an order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that it may be difficult to make changes if the order has already been processed.

Our sizing is generally based on Japanese standards, which tend to run a bit smaller than typical Western sizes.
