Returns and refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and exchange policy below.
* Return window:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
■Returns and exchanges for shop reasons (defective or incorrectly shipped items)
In the unlikely event that a defective or incorrectly shipped item is found in your delivery, we will return or exchange the item at our expense.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us using the contact form within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date.
Please note that we cannot respond to any of the following cases.
(1) Items received more than 8 days after delivery.
(2) Items that have been altered, washed, or cleaned, or items that have been smelt, stained, or scratched by the customer.
(3) Merchandise returned without prior notification.
■Returns and exchanges at the customer's convenience
Returns and exchanges at the customer's convenience, such as a different image or wrong size, will be accepted at the customer's expense.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us using the contact form within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
(1) Items received more than 8 days after delivery.
(2) Merchandise that has been used (try-on is not a problem).
(3) Merchandise with price tags or other attached tags missing or removed (even if removed, this is not a problem if the accessories are kept clean).
(4) Merchandise that has been altered, washed or cleaned, or that has been stained, soiled or scratched by the customer.
(5) Merchandise returned without prior notification.
